What Is Claude Code?
Claude Code is Anthropic's CLI-based AI coding agent. Unlike Copilot or Cursor, it's not an editor plugin — it lives in your terminal and takes agentic actions: reading files, running commands, editing code, executing tests, and looping until a task is done.

Where It Falls Short

Claude Code is the best tool for complex, multi-step tasks on large codebases. It's not a replacement for Cursor or Copilot for everyday coding — it's a complement.
